Do you offer a turnkey service?
We offer a full-service package: dishware rental, chafing dishes, utensils, and service or kitchen staff. However, we do not provide heavy equipment such as ovens, full bars, or refrigerators.
What is the minimum number of guests for your services?
Our services are available for a minimum of 12 guests. For smaller groups, customized solutions can be considerer while respecting the minimum requirement.
Where do you provide your services?
We mainly operate in Montreal and can travel to surrounding areas depending on the size and nature of the event. Delivery fees are adjusted based on distance and overall budget.
Is it possible to combine several types of packages?
Yes, it is possible to combine several services, such as breakfast and a lunch box, provided the minimum order for each category is met.
Can you adapt your services to specific dietary requirements?
All our services can be adapted to accommodate allergies, intolerances, and specific dietary requirements.
Do you work with partner venues, or can you provide services at a location of our choice?
We do not have partner venues, except for Lola Rosa.. We can organize your event at a location of your choice, depending on logistical constraints.
Do you handle the setup and teardown of the equipment?
We take care of setting up the buffet and dishware. Assembly and disassembly of furniture are not included.
Do you provide stuff for service ?
On request, we provide waiters, bartenders, or chefs to ensure full service for your event.
Can you handle the bar and dessert service?
Yes, we handle the management of the bar, drinks, and desserts to ensure a smooth and professional experience for your guests.
FAQ : Privatisation
What is the minimum requirement for an all-inclusive privatization?
The minimum varies depending on the day and time slot:
- Lunch (11:30 AM–3:30 PM): $500 + taxes and tips
- Dinner from Monday to Wednesday (5:30 PM–9:30 PM): $750 + taxes and tips
- Dinner Thursday to Saturday: $1,200 + taxes and tips
- Dinner on Sunday: $750 + taxes and tips
Comment se calcule la location d’espace seule ?
The rental is charged by the hour, with a minimum of 2 hours:
- Breakfasr : 100 $/h
- Dinner Monday to Wednesday: $150 per hour
- Dinner thursday to saturday : 250 $/h
- Dinner sunday : 150 $/h
This option includes a waiter and access to the room, but not catering or additional staff.
How do you choose the format for your all-inclusive event?
- Seated menu (2–3 courses) For formal events such as business meetings or family dinners.
- Buffet : Flexible and suitable for large groups.
- Cocktail reception : Ideal for informal events and professional networking gatherings.
Can the menu be customized and accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, each event features a personalized menu based on guests’ preferences, allergies, and dietary requirements.
Who is responsible for setup and service on the day of the event?
For all-inclusive events, we provide the necessary staff for service and buffet setup. Private space rental includes a waiter to oversee the event.
